1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of jcjerseys.com (the "Site") and any products you buy from us. The Site is operated by QUANZHOU JCJerseys PRODUCTS CO., LTD., trading as JCJerseys ("JCJerseys", "we", "us", "our"), a sportswear manufacturer based in Quanzhou, Fujian, China.

By using the Site, requesting a quotation, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have a parent's or guardian's consent) and that you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

If you order on behalf of a club, company, or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation, and "you" means that organisation.

2. Our Products

We design and manufacture custom sportswear — team jerseys, shorts, tracksuits, and training wear — as well as selected stock items. Because most of our products are made to order, please note the following.

• Made to order. Custom products are produced to the design, sizes, names, numbers, and colours you approve in writing.
• Colour and appearance. Screens and digital mockups are approximations. Small variations in colour, fabric shade, and finish can occur between production runs and between a mockup and the finished garment. Reasonable variation is not a defect.
• Specifications. Product images and descriptions are provided in good faith for guidance. Where a written specification, proforma invoice, or approved artwork differs from general marketing material, the written specification prevails.

3. Quotations, Orders, and Acceptance

Prices, minimum order quantities, and lead times shown on the Site are indicative. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing (for example by email or proforma invoice) and, where required, when we receive the agreed deposit.

We may decline or cancel an order if requested artwork infringes third-party rights, if availability or pricing has changed, or if we reasonably suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms. If we cancel, we will refund any amount you have already paid for that order.

4. Prices, Payment, and Taxes

Prices are quoted in the currency stated on your quotation or invoice. Unless stated otherwise, they exclude shipping, insurance, and any import duties or taxes.

We accept the payment methods confirmed in your quotation or invoice. Payment must be made in accordance with the agreed schedule — for example, a deposit to start production and the balance before shipment.

You are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and clearance charges in the destination country, and for any bank fees or currency-conversion costs. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Lead times run from the date we receive your final artwork approval and, where applicable, your deposit. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Title and risk of loss pass to you according to the delivery terms stated on your invoice (for example FOB, EXW, DAP, or DDP). If no delivery term is stated, risk passes to you when the goods are handed to the carrier.

Please give us accurate delivery details. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery or storage caused by an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, or a refused delivery.

6. Artwork and Intellectual Property

You keep ownership of the logos, names, and designs you give us ("Customer Artwork"). By sending them, you confirm that you own or are licensed to use all rights in them, and you give us a limited licence to reproduce them only to produce and deliver your order. You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from Customer Artwork.

All Site content — text, photographs, product designs, and the JCJerseys name and logo — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. We do not sell, license, or reuse your custom designs for anyone else.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary, custom and personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or do not match the specification you approved — in which case we will repair, replace, or refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or connected with any order is limited to the amount you actually paid for the products giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of sponsorship, or loss of opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, losses, and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your infringement of any third party's rights.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. We will first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. If that fails, the dispute will be decided by the competent courts of Quanzhou, Fujian, China.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, nothing in this clause deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the Site when you place it. The "Last updated" date above always shows the current version.
