Design & Artwork
What file formats do you accept?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the sharpest results. High-res PNG or PSD at 300 DPI also works. No design skills? Our team creates print-ready artwork from your sketch — free for orders of 20+. You always approve a digital mockup before anything goes to print.
Can I use my team & sponsor logos?
Yes — your own logos are fine. We will not print copyrighted material you don't own (pro club crests, brand marks). This protects both of us legally. Send the highest-resolution version and we'll handle placement.
How do I get colors exactly right?
We match to Pantone (PMS) codes — every screen displays colors differently. Provide your PMS numbers for exact reproduction. Need certainty? Order a pre-production sample ($45, credited back on 30+ pieces).
Fabric & Quality
What fabrics do you use?
Standard — polyester interlock: lightweight, moisture-wicking, what 80% of teams choose. Premium — micro-mesh: ultralight with laser-cut ventilation zones. Training — pique knit: heavier, more structured. All OEKO-TEX certified, safe for kids.
How does quality compare to retail?
Same-grade polyester as $80-$90 retail jerseys — at roughly a third of the price because there's no brand markup. We'll send you a free fabric swatch pack and sample jersey to inspect firsthand.
Do you offer eco-friendly fabrics?
Yes — recycled polyester (rPET) from post-consumer bottles. Same performance, ~30% lower carbon footprint. Adds $3-5 per jersey. We also use water-based inks and compostable packaging.
Sizing & Fit
How do I size a whole team correctly?
We ship you a free sizing kit — sample jerseys in every size XS-3XL. Players try them on, you give us the final count. Teams using the kit almost never have returns. Detailed size charts with measurements are also on every product page.
What fit styles do you offer?
Slim (athletic, tapered) · Regular (classic straight cut — 80% pick this) · Relaxed (looser, rec leagues). Each fit has its own size chart. Available XS through 5XL.
What about players with unusual builds?
Custom measurements at no extra charge on team orders. Send chest, length, and sleeve measurements. Tall/Long option adds 2". Up to 5XL in Relaxed fit.
Ordering & Minimums
What's the minimum order quantity?
Full sublimation: 10 pieces per design. Screen printing: 5 pieces. Individual custom: 1 piece (higher per-unit price). MOQ applies to the design, not the size — mix sizes freely within one run.
Can I order a single sample first?
Yes — $45-55 for a sample jersey. Inspect fabric, print, and fit before committing to the team order. Sample cost is credited back on orders of 10+. Allow 3-4 weeks for sample production and delivery.
Can I reorder mid-season for new players?
Absolutely. Design files stay on file permanently. No MOQ on reorders — just the sizes you need. In production within 24 hours, no new mockup needed.
Production & Turnaround
How long does the full process take?
Mockup: 1-3 days → Production: 14-18 days → Shipping: 7-15 days. Total approximately 4-5 weeks door-to-door. Express production (7-10 days) available for rush orders.
My season starts soon — can you rush?
Express production + express shipping can deliver to the US in as little as 2.5-3 weeks. Rush fee adds 25-35%. We'll be honest if the timeline is too tight for comfort.
What typically causes delays?
#1: Slow mockup approval. #2: Missing size breakdown — use the sizing kit early. #3: Low-res artwork — send vector files when possible. We flag any potential delay immediately.
Printing & Durability
Will the design crack, peel, or fade?
No. We use dye-sublimation — ink is infused into the polyester fibers at a molecular level. The design becomes physically part of the fabric and cannot crack, peel, or fade. Names and numbers use premium heat-pressed vinyl that lasts 50+ washes with proper care.
How should we care for the jerseys?
Sublimated designs: machine wash and dry as normal — very durable. Names and numbers: turn inside out, wash cold, air dry — never use the dryer. Skip fabric softener (clogs moisture-wicking pores). Every order includes a printed care card for each player.
Can I combine different printing methods?
Yes — most teams use a combination: sublimation for the main design + embroidery for the crest + heat-pressed vinyl for names/numbers. Each method has its strength. We'll recommend the best mix for your design and budget.
Pricing & Payment
How much do custom jerseys cost?
Full sublimation (per jersey): 1pc $55-75 · 5-9 $40-50 · 10-25 $35-45 · 26-50 $28-35 · 50+ $22-30. Screen print: from $18-25 for 10+. All quotes include names, numbers, and packaging. Free US shipping over $500.
What are the payment terms?
50% deposit to start, 50% before shipping. Under $300: full upfront. We accept credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer through a PCI-compliant processor. Schools and clubs can use net-30 purchase orders upon approval.
Any hidden fees I should know about?
None. Quotes are all-inclusive. Items we always disclose upfront: design service ($0 for 20+, $35 for smaller), embroidery setup ($15 one-time), express surcharge (+25-35%), and import duties for international orders (buyer's responsibility).
Shipping & Delivery
How do you ship and can I track it?
DHL, FedEx, or USPS with full tracking + milestone email updates at every stage. Team orders are individually poly-bagged and labeled with each player's name and size. Free shipping on US orders over $500. US delivery: 7-12 days. EU: 10-15 days.
What about customs and import duties?
Import duties are the buyer's responsibility — standard for international orders. US orders under $800 usually duty-free. EU: ~20% VAT + small carrier fee. We provide all customs paperwork to prevent clearance delays.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
We monitor shipments proactively. If delayed, we file a tracer and keep you updated. If confirmed lost, we remake and reship your entire order at our expense — no questions.
Returns & After-Sales
Can I return custom jerseys if they don't fit?
Custom jerseys are final sale — made to your specifications. This is exactly why we offer the free sizing kit. Teams that use it virtually never have sizing issues. If the error is ours (wrong size, defect, misprint), we remake at our cost — you keep the originals.
What if there's a defect or printing error?
Send a photo within 14 days. We review same-day. If it's our error: full remake at no cost, no return shipping needed. Every jersey passes QC before packing — but if something slips through, we fix it fast.
